Fintech Wealth Management Platform, which has two main products: Fist is B2B SaaS platform for financial analysts, brokers, and wealth managers, enabling them to manage client portfolios, track banking transactions from multiple banks, create financial strategies, and monitor client performance and second B2C iOS application for clients, where they can also track their portfolio performance, access financial strategy information, and more.

- Designed 10+ key product flows, including onboarding, roles, portfolios, subscriptions, strategies, and transactions
- Worked in a high-uncertainty environment: clarified constraints, consolidated fragmented requirements, and shaped a coherent product logic
- Simplified complex data-heavy and operational scenarios by turning them into clear user flows for both users and the team
- Initiated UX improvements beyond the core scope, including table refactoring and systematizing complex interfaces
- Created and aligned the design system with engineering to reduce interface inconsistency and speed up team execution
- Made complex product flows clearer for users and the team, and made work on new interfaces faster and more systematic through the design system and reusable components
